In order to create a modern, environmentally friendly, energy and water-saving environment, not only the infrastructure but also the associated buildings are required.

For this reason, in our turnkey projects we also build new buildings or modernize company buildings, office buildings, but also for other buildings such as hospitals, schools and residential buildings according to the latest environmentally friendly and energy-saving standards.

Through the use of modern technologies and building materials, our buildings are:

​

• Due to the sustainable and high-quality construction, we give a 30-year guarantee on the construction of the building

​

• For example, we insulate the entire outer shell of the building (roof, outer walls, windows, doors) against external environmental influences (temperature, wind). This maintains the desired indoor temperature of the building and saves up to 80% on the use of air conditioning systems, which are often extremely high power consumers in the building

​

• We use energy-saving equipment (LED lamps, centralized air conditioning) and renewable energy (solar) for the electrical installation, which can reduce the electricity costs of the building by up to 80% and ideally even by 90%.

       We use highly effective tube collectors with highly insulated heat storage for hot water treatment,  

       which also saves up to 80% on electricity costs

• In order to reduce water consumption, we only install water-reducing fittings and sanitary equipment, which already reduces water consumption by 50%.

       Furthermore, we can also install a water recycling system for greywater, so that this can be reused

       as service water, which can reduce water consumption by a further 30%.
